Mission
The mission of Phoenix Care Management, Inc. (PCM) is to provide the highest quality pre-certification and case management services in the shortest time frame possible by offering the most advanced utilization management services available. Our state of the art software system allows the client to view all of their individual pre-certification and medical case diaries as soon as the information is entered into our system. The client also has the capability of generating custom tailored reports at their discretion. Daily pre-certifications may be printed at the client’s office or downloaded directly into the client’s paying system.
The integrated software system is HIPAA compliant meeting all security and technology standards.
